These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 662bit ("662bit", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 662bit online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slots, promotional features, account services, and payment facilities available at 662bit.app.

By registering an account on 662bit, completing the 662bit Login process, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 662bit platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain a 662bit account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 662bit platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated agents, scripts, bots, or any non-human entity may not register an account.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended 662bit account. Each individual is permitted only one account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 662bit or through any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.

Age Verification

662bit enforces mandatory age verification for all new registrations. During the registration process and at any point thereafter at 662bit's discretion, you may be required to submit documentation proving your date of birth and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 662bit reserves the right to restrict your access to certain platform features, including but not limited to withdrawals and participation in promotions. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible.

To access the full range of 662bit services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number.

662bit supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to players in Bangladesh. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 662bit platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• 662bit does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 662bit bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and vary by payment method, account verification status, and applicable compliance checks.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible for withdrawals.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Currency

All transactions on the 662bit platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player deposits using a payment method that processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 662bit bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

662bit offers a variety of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, passed KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements"), which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in the individual offer terms.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

662bit periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, and Victory Day (December 16), as well as sports events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions carry their own specific eligibility and wagering conditions, which will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotional page at the time of launch.

All games available on the 662bit platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and RNG card games — are subject to the following gameplay rules and fair use conditions.

Game Integrity

All slot games and RNG titles on 662bit use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied and certified by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These RNGs ensure that every game outcome is statistically independent, random, and not influenced by previous results. Voided Bets and Errors

Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and all other sports markets on 662bit are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing body for BPL fixtures). In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data latency will be voided. All settlement decisions made by 662bit in respect of sports betting markets are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 662bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to deposit funds. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account permanently closed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping, match-fixing awareness, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 662bit account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through systematic play patterns, withdrawal cycling, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Automation and Bots: Using automated software, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 662bit platform, place bets, or play games without direct human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the 662bit platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, including as a mechanism to clean funds of illicit origin.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, modify, or interfere with the 662bit platform, its games, its payment systems, or its underlying software infrastructure.
• False Identity: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point where accurate identification is required.

662bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity
• Underage access or a player being found to be under 18 years of age
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure)
• Self-exclusion activation by the player via responsible gaming tools
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 662bit account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided the minimum withdrawal threshold is met and no compliance holds are in place. Bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 662bit will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are maintained and remain accessible to the account holder upon reactivation, subject to standard KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 662bit, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 662bit platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond 662bit's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Errors in data feeds used to price or settle sports betting markets, where such errors originate from third-party data suppliers
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking partners
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently corrected or updated

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 662bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The 662bit platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 662bit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its intended use as a recreational gaming and sports betting service.

662bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory updates, operational changes, new product features, or any other circumstance that 662bit deems relevant.

Where changes are material, 662bit will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or an in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. However, 662bit is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by law that must take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms is always the authoritative version and is available on this page, clearly marked with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 662bit platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
